I am 22. I sleep 5 hours daily, I overcome this by sleeping at noon, commonly 12 -12.30 as known good time for sleeping. Is it true?

The best time to start work is 2.5 to 3 hours after you wake up. That's when we're past the sleep inertia or grogginess stage, and when we're at our most alert. For someone in their twenties, that's around noon.
