Hi, I am a 32 years old man. For some days I noticed some very small white pimples on my penis foreskin. It is neither painful, burning or itchy. I already took an STD test appointment but I still want some information.

If you've never had sex, little white bumps on the shaft of the penis may be pimples, a skin cyst, or ingrown hairs. These are common and they're nothing to worry about. Another condition that's normal and no cause for concern is pearly penile papules. You can help treat pimples by applying benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to remove bacteria and excess skin and oils. But don't use acne medication intended for your face or other parts of your body on your penis.
