Dear Mam, I am 24 Male, suffering from Acne for almost last 6-7 years. Acne on my face have changed over a period of time, from tiny temporary acne spread all over the face to current fewer long lasting acne nowadays. Though I have very few outbursts on my face now (12-15) , but they are considerably big (red and remain on skin for sometimes 3 weeks). I am using Adapalene topical gel over night. Please advise me to get rid of this acne. Regards, Naveen

Hi Naveen, first of all u need to understand that acne cant be cured overnight. It will take months together. Do u use a sunscreen, facewash? What about your food - (spicy, sweets, milk products)
