I take quetiapine 275 mg psychiatric drug using 5 years but 2 years go reduced this dosage to 200 mg and one day I have pain in chest and left hand pain problems breathing problems so I take ecg its normal and take ultrasound scan my report is stomach is fully gas is liver is fatty and enzymes is mild increased and doctor told me is acute problems so I will take that another ecg is normal and consult a psychiatrist doctor is panic attack problems and doctor is decrease dosage 100 mg quetiapine and deparn l give some time breathing and chest pain how to solve the problems. And also 5 years I got smoking problems also.
