Hi, My age is 30 year female, height 5.6 and weight 54. My daily schedule is quite busy. 2 hour travel and 9 hour duties and with household work. I do not feel energetic at all. I have a pain in my body or muscles. My diet is very normal 3 roti and curry in lunch and in dinner and 2-3 cups tea that's it. For me it is like I am pushing myself for each and every task but body wants to take rest.
