I have been suffering by social anxiety and mild depression 20 yrs. I am 39 years old man. Even I couldn't talk with anybody. My face skin r very tense. I can't explain this as words. I have been taking alprazolam 0.25 mg per a day. It only save me from this disorder. If I do not take this pill, I can't be ordinary man like all. Except this pill, any other medicine available for overcome this? If yes means can I get treatment and counselling through online itself? Pl I need favourable reply.
