I have previously got my serum testosterone total test 6 months before as my doctor suggested. That time the level was 60. 63 ng/dl Now after 6 months I got it checked it during my periods it is 65. 83 ng/dl. What should I do? Is there anything to worry about it. And the USg was under diagnose of PCOS and the cyst was of 9.6 mm and now it is 5 mm. I am on Aldactone 50 mg BD.
