How can I maintain my body and my mind through my healthy skills and my exercise. Please advise.

Make a good routine having time for some exercise causing sweating, take fruits and green vegetables daily. Have egg or protein via various dals. Have enough water a day. Sleep at or around 10 pm and get up at 6 am to start the day. Breath holding exercise and some yoga postures under guidance will help.
