I am a 24 years old male with A 10x6 mm obstructive calculus in the left vesico-ureteric junction. It is seen in CT Scan report on 04th Sept 2018 while when I first got my ultrasound done when I felt left abdominal pain, the report stated no significant abnormality detected. Few days ago, I felt pain again and performed CT Scan then it stated that A 10x6 mm obstructive calculus (stone) with avg attenuation +1455HU is seen in the left vesico-ureteric junction causing mild hydronephrosis and entire hydroureter. Can this worsen my situation if I don't take any serious action immediately? What mode of treatment should I undertake?
