I work in rotational shifts11 am -8 pm and 2.30 pm-12 am, When reach my home I'm not getting proper sleep, dye to this I can feel a mild struck in my brain nerves and when I woke up in the morning I can see a bright dark circles around my eyes. I tried for yoga, eye gel, meditation and even eating carrots, cashewnut, milk daily but none working for me. Could anyone please help me.

These gels. Lotions creams Dry fruits can't help you untill unless you are not taking proper sleep. At least 6 hr is sufficient to improve all these symptoms. As well as increase your water intake.
