10 year se mera gala kharab hai subah 2-3 ghante sahi se bolte nhi banta hai jaise lagta hai kuch chipka hua hai aur baad mein bhi sahi voice nhi niklati hai gharr gharr ki voice aati hai gale mein mahsus hota hai jaise gala sukh gya hai aur gale mein kuch chipka hua hai jyada bolne per gala bhari bhari lagta hai. Garmi ke mahino mein ye samasya aur badh jati hai. 2 baar checkup bhi karaya kuch bhi nhi nikla. Aakhir kya problem ho sakti hai. Pls answer.
