Strt eating banana shake 3-2 servings per day with ice cream in it. Add ghee in your dal - vegetables, chapati, rice. Drink two glasses of milk daily with some protein powder in it. Start avle ka murabba in your diet. Some medicine might be also of some help but after complete history taking.
