You have not mentioned since when you have DVT and you are having warf. However if you are having pain and ulcer, you need to have an venous doppler ultrasound of both the legs done. This will show the current status of DVT and any varicose veins. Also compression stockings are usually recommended to be worn after early period of DVT settles. If you have leg swellings, keep your leg elevated at night by raising foot end of bed. Inform me if you have any further queries.
