Hello Doctors one of my friend have problem of daily masturbating two times in a day. Want to know about how to quit this habit. He is not married yet but going to get married soon. He wants to know will this effects on his sexual life and he is scared that his sperm count is ok or not because he heard that masturbate effects sperm count. Please someone suggest how to quit this habit and what are the effects of excess masturbation. Thanks.
