I have recently started working out in gym and I have started lifting weights (dumbbells, Bars and Machines. I want to know that does gymming and lifting weights particularly damage hair? I follow proper nutrition and also take care of my hair by following proper washing routine. My age is 19 Years .Please give me proper guidance.
