I had the episode of uti post intercourse like the second day symptoms started of burning micturition and dysuria so took ofloxacin 200 mg for 7 days cue and culture were normal after this course but after 5 days burning micturition, dysuria with severe hematuria started and sample collected the same day showed pus cells, rbc, protein + so now taking levofloxacin 500 mg od and tranexamic acid bd why has my infection not resolved inspite of taking ofloxacin for 7 days?

It seems there are chances of traumatic injury then uti actually sometime when intercourse done without lubrication or without proper wetness in women may lead to severe traumatic rubbing injury to the part where urine burns which came in contact then may lead to sec infection alkaliser syp will benifit more along with tab urispas. please if possible upload your reports.
