Hi Sir, We are planning for a baby in my ultrasound report there is endometrial thickness is 5.1 mm & uterus is anteverted 67*52*35 mm. Ovaries are echopattern, no free fluid seen in pouch of douglas. Is this report is ok for conceiving? Please suggest me.

Thickness of endometrium changes with the day of menstrual cycle. You have not mentioned the day of cycle when ultrasound was done. Uterus measurments are within normal limit.
