Yes , ACV is good for health.. like for weight loss, reduced cholesterol, lower blood sugar levels and improved symptoms of diabetes.Take 1 tsp daily diluted with 200 ml of lukewarm water. It has to take half an hour before having your lunch or dinner. Or, You can take apple cider vinegar diluted in 200 ml of water early in morning empty stomach.
