Hello from your symptoms you seem to have anal fissure. Maybe piles too. Its good to get yourself examined by a surgeon. Till then do following things for 2 weeks and see the results. 1.Take lots of fluids, veg, and fruits 2.Avoid red meat 3.Sit in warm saline water for 10 minutes thrice a day 4. Apply cremagel cream thrice a day 5. Take tab dobirut twice a day 6. Take stool softners like isabghulla husk bed time with water. Get back to me with the results. Regards.
