I am 46 year old patient has abdominal pus draining excess amylase. Patient's vitals are stable. Patient is having gas flux. Can the patient be given antacids such as rantac or pan?

Hello, USG must be done on regular base along with blood test as well as if required pt must be admitted. If pus is there and vitals are in control then Echinacea Angustifolia Q can be helpful still require some history to prescribe medicine.
