I had an usg yesterday of my lower abdomen. When I got out from the usg room, my lower back was hurting a bit but by the time I reached home, there was extreme pain in my tummy and lower back. I got hot water baths, I got a massage but nothing is helping. Then, at night, at around 12, the pain was not there but again early morning, at 4, I woke up from sleep due to extreme pain. And usg report says I have pcod.Please suggest me something for that.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times
