I am 39 Male having acute pain in passing stool from 1 month l, initially anus was swollen and little blood was coming ,now stopped. I was using p cool cream and mahacef for 8 day. I now I feel pain and burning itching in one side. I guess it may be fissure Kindly advice and suggest cream to overcome the problem.
