I have chronic heel pain in my left heel and minor pain in my right heel. My doctor advised for both heel xray and we found out I have small calcaneal heel spur in both heels. I am really upset about it. Please advice treatment for it and what caused it in both my heels. I have slipped disc in my lower back and neck as well. Also, I would like to draw attention towards the calcium serum level of 11.7 which came in my blood report. I am heartbroken with my condition and the pain. Please advice.

You need proper physiotherapy and follow up advice thr further private consultations would help to get proper cure. Now you need slippers modification either MCR or MCP, don't stand continuously for long hours. Start physiotherapy asap for couple of days, contrast bath advisible. And slipped disc also need treatment.
