Doctor my eye vision is getting blur slowly slowly earlier it was ok but from past one year I am working in a BPO where I have to work continuously 8 hours in front of computer I have specs also I use that while using system but there are improvements in my vision kindly please help me and give tell me solution that how could I improve my vision.
