Dear lybrate-user. Thanks for the question. Duvadilan 10 mg Tablet is used in preterm labor. Duvadilan 10 mg Tablet relaxes the muscles of the uterus and prevents preterm delivery. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Duvadilan 10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Talk to your gynecologist regarding this. Take care.
