Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food - have more of fruits, vegetables & whole grains instead of refined ones - take tab Pan 40, 1 tab half an hour before breakfast - if pain is more then also take a pain relief tablet - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion.
