Whenever I stand I feel a problem in my left knee joint. It feels as if two set of bones (thigh bones and bones in my legs which are below the knee) are applying pressure towards each other. As if there's some problem with the cartilage over there. A little inflammation occurs at the left side of the knee. Not on the surface but on the left side of my left knee. every time I fold or straighten my knee, a clicking sound occurs. And when I stand, this pressure kind of feeling starts in my left knee and after some time a clicking sound comes when the pressure increases a bit. The sound comes keeps coming within the duration of a few minutes if I keep standing. That's why I feel like that bones are rubbing towards each other as if there's no cartilage or some problem with it. Please suggest what should I do. Should I keep my knees still or keep them working? What would help them heal? Is there any food/fruit, eating which would be helpful? Some exercises? thank you :)
