I am 19 years old female. I have been diagnosed with pcod. And from few days I am having severe mood swings and also weight gain. So how can I control my weight and mood swings. I just feel tired and sleepy the whole day.

Wake up. Just 19. Come on. Make your routine proper, I mean early to bed n early to rise, morning work out for 40 minutes# healthy breakfast, lunch n dinner. Nothing to eat after 7 pm. Add vegetable soup n fresh fruits in between your major meals.
