I had left microscopic subinguinal varicocelectomy two days before. I am having a lot of pain today in my left testicular veins. So.is it normal? One more doubt is that. Veins are still palpable as they were before the surgery. Is that normal too? Answer both my questions please. .thank u.

Hello- Post surgical pain can be due to ejaculation after the surgery if the site is different. If you are experiencing pain at the same site as it was before the surgery, your operation might have gone wrong. Its better to consult your surgeon immediately.
