I am feeling like some fluid is moving in the top part of my head from the past 1 week. Having really bad headache and backache Head and Cervical MRI normal. Feels as if some fluid is trapped in head. Please help.

It is good that MRI brain and cervical spine are within normal limits, but you may have a paresthesia or altered sensation secondary to a very uncommon type of headache called Nummular headache. Sometimes you also have a referred pain in the distribution of a branch of a nerve when another branch of the said nerve gets involved secondary to a pathology like muscle spasm/sprain which is not obvious in scans. So, please meet a good Neurologist who may examine you thoroughly and guide you with further management.
