Hi, I have been suffering from difficulty breathing from few years, once I checked with ENT doctor but he told me that I got no issues with my nose. But I always have (365 days) mucous phlegm in my nose which makes me hard to breathe and it always block me. I have to spit out the mucous either from mouth or from nose. How to get rid of this phlegm from my nose? Also Of late I'm expecting some discomfort in chest area too. Do I have any lung problems? Which doctor I need to check with? Thanks.
