One tooth is very slightly loose due to tartar deposit. Any solution to strengthen this or we should get this removed?

Just get ultrasonic scaling done to remove tartar; may be subgingival scaling with mild currtage is also required. If bone loss present. Then we would see whetger horizontal or vertical. Leading to periodontal pocket. If mild grade 1 mobility is present is will heal on its own. Otherwise we need to splint either with rebond or composite. Rest assured no need to extract.

Visit dentist for scaling. It will help developing bone around that tooth. Regular scaling [every six month] is must in years case.

First take the x ray, and after that dentist show it in clinically, if. Prognosis is good then will save to otherwise go for extraction It depends on Mobility if tooth Bone loss Etc,
