Any natural way to overcame from extreme hot flashes as I'm 22 male and suffering from very extreme hot flashes especially in summer .symptoms like extreme sweating on head and forehead, underarms which is uncontrollable, hot sensation and sometimes headache too (my physician told me to take inderal and glycolate for 2 weeks)
