Hello doctor. Due to irregular periods I consulted a doctor. She told that I have diagnosed with pcod. Gr8 the last 5 months I am using ginette35 and ovagrace plus. Now my periods are regular. For the last 2 years we are trying for baby. One of my friends has this pcod. Her doctor suggested her to do laparoscopic surgery to cure that bubbles. My doctor not suggested me like that. In which cases doctors do that surgery. If I have that surgery, would I conceive? Is it causes any side effects?

Only and only if the size of the ovaries does not decrease after many days even with medication than only plan for surgery and otherwise no surgery is required
