I am 23 years old and I have done laser tattoo removal on the skin. It had cause scaring and looks ugly.

Scarring may be because of tattoo itself. Anyway use contractubax cream as well as silicon gel sheet. You can also take atreatment with another type of LASER like Fractional LASER.
