I am 18 years old. Few months ago I got my hair straightened after which I am suffering from continuous hair fall. My hair has thinned a lot. I am using indulekha Bhringraj oil. Is it okay to use it? Can you please suggest something fir hair regrowth? I am allergic to certain medicines so can you suggest some alternative? Also please tell mw what kind of foods should I include in my diet for the same.

iT is fine to use Indulekha hair oil and you can apply minoxidil lotion for hair growth . Eat vitamins supplements and have balanced diet
