I went to a doctor because my skin becoming dark so he said you have pimples so I will give tablets use first but you do not have pimple much but it only dark spots so he gave isotretinoin flitret-20 and isopil -30 for 6 weeks and he gave biluma cream and episoft moisturizer to use I am using them for a week but my skin getting more dark than before very dry mouth and lips also get dry like if we eat oil food in mng please give me suggestion whether I have to use or I have to stop.

Hello, Its normal for first two weeks to face these side effects and it settles in 2-4 wks it is called "tretinoin purge" Make sure you use sunscreen three times a day during the treatment. Consult your dermatologist for any untoward effects.
