Dear lybrateuser, - Your symptom could be due to acidity, take some dietary & other precautions: - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, also avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, yoga to keep fit - consult for medication.
