Hello Dr. I lost 3/4 the of my hair after I had my typhoid and it was diagnosed as telogen effluvium and mild pattern loss. I was talking treatment and now my hair fall is reduced to some extent and not like before. But my question is whether I'll regain my original volume or not. Please answer because many say it will regrow after few years which I don't trust.
