Sir My age is 48. Since 10,15 days I was suffering from numbness in my left hand. I went to doctor she checked my BP and it was 140/100 on 27/1/18 on 21/1/18 it was 110/70. Doctor told me to go for health check up. I done the blood test complete package. In that the thyroid is is 5.55, T4 11.5:

As of now we can consider the TSH to be normal though it is slightly above 5 and for your numbness problem I will suggest you to get an cervical vertebrae xray done with AP and lateral view and follow up with reports.
