Hi Doctor, I have recently undergone ACL Tear + Meniscus Repair Surgery on 2nd January 2018. I have bandage in my leg to support while walking. I can fully straighten up my leg but I'm feeling lot of stiffness while bending my knee I cannot bend it upwards. Kindly guide me what I need to do. What exercise do I need to follow so that stiffness in the knee goes away. How much time it will take to bend my knee fully. Please guide.
