I am overweight around 85 Kg. I want to lose 25 Kg. I get very less time for exercise and diet is also very normal. Please suggest me what changes I should make in my daily routine to lose weight fast.

You need to follow a 1400 calories diet. This will help you lose about 2 kgs a month, in one year you can lose upto 20 kgs. Cut down all high cal food. Eat 3 fruits daily. Consult a dietician for detailed plan.
