Am 20 male, am addicted to masturbation, and now am seeing some abnormalities in my body system. 1. I ejaculate within 30 seconds of stroking 2. Each time I pee I noticed watery sperm coming out from my penis 3. I don't know maybe this problem is related to the masturbation, I noticed a lump on my left breast, it's painful each time I press it. Doctors please can I still be normal if I stop masturbating, please help me out.
