Hi Lybrate User Use Fresh Avala juice after taking breakfast with lukewarm water. Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy food stuffs and cold drinks smoking etc. Do light massage on hair roots by applying oil Nilibharangadi. Use Sampoo Shyamla of vasu pharmacy.
