I want to loose my weight and I am following the below diet morning cornflakes and 500 ml milk 10.30 am salad 12 pm 2 roti dal and rice 3 pm 2 roti and seasonal veg 5 pm butter milk 8 pm 2 roti and salad 10 pm milk please guide me towards the right way so that I can loose my weight thank you.
