I recently did a blood test. Liver function tests show SGPT: 48, SGOT: 111 Direct bilirubin: 0.3,total bilirubin: 0.6 HDL cholesterol: 55 LDL cholesterol: 149 I have a quarter of alcohol each day since last couple of years. Rest there is no problems or symptoms or complaints. What to do to reduce SGOT to normal level. Especially food intake and also alcohol intake.
