Dear madam your sugars are slightly on the higher side. If it is the first time you have been detected you may repeat fasting and post meal sugars along with Hba1c. You may continue with eltroxin but do get your Tsh levels checked if not done since past 6 months Your requirements for vitamin D depends on your symptoms and 25 (oh) Vitamin D levels Thanks.

Yes, you need to resume Thyroid meds. For a start resume with the same dose you were prescribed. Subsequently your treating physician will modulate the dose based on lab tests and clinical picture. As a rule I always optimize Vit D for all my patients, with periodic monitoring of blood levels. The same goes for Vit B12 and other nutrients and metabolic factors.
