Hello Can you tell me about nose bleeding? Actually todays in the morning I am suffering from the nose bleeding and its 1st time. Blood flowing upto 2 or 3 minute. Please tell me the reason.

Nosebleeds usually aren't serious, but knowing how to stop the bleeding and treat your symptoms is important. Learn how to prevent and treat nosebleeds. Sit up straight, and tip your head slightly forward. Use your thumb and forefinger to firmly pinch the soft part of your nose shut. Apply an ice pack to your nose and cheeks. Keep pinching for a full 10 minutes. Check to see if your nose is still bleeding after 10 minutes.
