Hello lybrate-user. As you said, if you have stopped breast feeding a short while back then it will take sometime to reduce the milk completely from the breasts and hence the size. If it does not come down then we can prescribe you tablets which will decrease milk production. The size however you can wait for a year long, with gentle massaging and proper undergarments which will help in resolving most of your issues.
