I have a bit of man boobs and moderate amount of belly fat. On daily basis my walking is around 6-9 km and I do some workout at my home but this fat is not going away what to do please help.

You can reduce your belly fat by diet and exercise. Avoid intake of green leafy vegetable like spinach, pea, beans etc. Avoid oily, junk, fatty food. Your boobs can be due to fat or due to hormonal imbalance. Just get yourself tested for the same. Exercise daily including brisk walk of 20 min.
